Payson Disc Golf?

For those that missed it. The fundraiser for the Payson disc golf course was a huge success. There was a turn out of 58 players. Special thanks to Mary  McMullen of Payson Parks & Recreation and to all that participated.

On May 3rd '08 we took a road trip down to Benson AZ, to check out Lions Park. A possible location for a new course.This will be a desert style course, along a wash. Keep checking back for more info. Special thanks to Don Taylor for getting this project started.

On Thursday March 13th
4Handz will be at the Vulture Peak middle School in Wickenbburg,AZ

And doing well!!!

Rachel Brannan from the Devonshire Senior Center has informed us, their has been a very positive feedback from the community. The new tee signs are almost finished and will hopefully be in the ground in the next couple of weeks. Special thanks to Jamie Leflang for printing up beautiful tee signs as well as Martin for welding up the frames.

I would like to personally thank every one that has played the Los Olivos course. Please if you have not had the chance yet, get down there and check it out for yourself and let us know what you think.

Starting   August of '08  Alan "Upshot" Brown will start his quest to play every disc golf course in the current PDGA course directory. As you can imagine this is a huge undertaking.Besides just the mapping ,course evaluations,and drive time, Alan will be a busy man..Keep an eye out as he may be playing a course near you soon.
